JJ Churchill has made compressor blades for over 65 years, starting
with the earliest jet engines for aircraft.
Blades are manufactured from close-to-form forgings or machined
from solid. A wide range of materials is used including aluminium,
steels and titanium.
Processes include state-of-the-art machine tooling, encapsulation
and specialised polishing.
